Their dispatchers are always friendly on the phone and do their absolute hardest to work around last minute orders, date and time changes, and cancellations. The office staff (insurance, billing, etc.) seems to make the paperwork aspect as seamless as possible – updated insurance certificates are sent before we have to ask for them; their billing clerk is very friendly to work with and any invoice issues are resolved quickly and easily.
Our customers have told us that the Triple G drivers are very polite on the delivery end as well; even when the unload appointment changes numerous times and the driver has nothing to do but wait, the customer doesn’t have to deal with an irate driver who has been put out.
